Born and raised in the UAE, Aishwarya and Joshua are the brains behind The Ripple Effect. They have been in the field of arts and entertainment locally for over 17 years, conceptualizing and managing every silo under the events vertical; from designing and executing events, videography, photography and graphic designing, to even choreographing performances for a number of events.
